1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) set out the terms and conditions governing the use of the website parsabiks.com (the “Website”).

1.3. A User is any individual who accesses the Website and uses its functionality (the “User”).
1.4. By using the Website, the User confirms that they have read these Terms.
1.5. If the User does not agree with these Terms, the User should discontinue use of the Website.

2. Purpose of the Website
2.1. The Website is intended to provide information about the Website Owner’s professional and creative activities, including photography services, dance activities, portfolio, original projects, travel projects, and other areas of the Website Owner’s activities.
2.2. The Website may contain photographs, videos, texts, descriptions of services and projects, information about possible forms of cooperation, prices, geographical areas of work, available destinations, and other informational and creative materials.
2.3. Unless expressly stated otherwise, information published on the Website is provided for informational purposes and does not, by itself, constitute a public offer.
2.4. Submission of an application or inquiry by the User through the Website does not, by itself, constitute the conclusion of an agreement for the provision of photography or other services and does not guarantee the availability or provision of the relevant service.
2.5. Specific terms for the provision of services, including the type and scope of services, date, time, location, price, and other terms relevant to the particular service, shall be agreed separately between the Website Owner and the client.

3. Use of the Website
3.1. The User may use the Website to review the information published on it, view the portfolio and other materials, and use the communication methods and inquiry forms available on the Website.
3.2. The User agrees to use the Website solely for lawful purposes and not to take any actions that may:

8. Website Operation and Limitation of Liability
8.1. The Website Owner takes reasonable measures to ensure the operation and availability of the Website but does not guarantee its continuous or uninterrupted operation.

10.4. These Terms are effective from the date of their publication on the Website and remain in effect until replaced by a new version.
10.5. The current version of these Terms is publicly available on the Website.
