I, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, in accordance with Article 152.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, hereby give my consent to Sabina Viktorovna Shchukina, who applies the special tax regime “Tax on Professional Income” (the “Photographer”), Taxpayer Identification Number (INN) 784803151340, to the publication and further use of my image subject to the terms of this Consent.

1. Images Covered by This Consent
This Consent applies exclusively to photographs and other visual materials depicting me that are created by the Photographer in connection with photography services that the Photographer and I have agreed upon.
If no arrangements for the provision of photography services are reached and the relevant photography session does not take place, this Consent does not apply to any other images of me.
This Consent applies only to the image of the person providing this Consent and does not, by itself, constitute consent on behalf of any other persons who may be depicted in the relevant materials.

2. Purposes of Using the Image
I authorize the Photographer to publish and use materials depicting me that are created as part of the relevant photography session for the following purposes:

• creating and presenting the Photographer’s professional portfolio;
• demonstrating the results and examples of the Photographer’s work;
• providing information about the Photographer’s professional activities;
• promoting and advertising the Photographer’s own photography services;
• presenting and promoting the Photographer’s professional activities, work, and creative projects.

3. Methods and Places of Use of the Image
For the purposes specified above, the Photographer may publish, reproduce, post, publicly display, and otherwise use materials depicting me, including:

• on the Photographer’s website;
• in the Photographer’s professional accounts and pages on social networks, messengers, and other online services;
• in electronic and printed portfolios;
• in publications and materials relating to the Photographer’s professional activities;
• in advertising, informational, and presentation materials intended to promote the Photographer’s own photography services;
• at professional exhibitions, competitions, events, and other venues related to the presentation of the Photographer’s work and professional activities.

The Photographer may use an individual image or include it in collections, series, publications, videos, collages, layouts, website pages, and other materials consistent with the purposes of this Consent.

4. Editing and Presentation of Images
Within the purposes of this Consent, the Photographer may carry out professional and technical editing of the materials created, including retouching, color correction, cropping, resizing and reformatting, adaptation for different publication formats, as well as the addition of text, graphic elements, and other design elements.
Such use and editing must not be carried out in a manner that damages the honor, dignity, or business reputation of the person depicted or creates a knowingly false impression of that person.

5. Scope and Limitations of This Consent
This Consent authorizes the use of my image in connection with the Photographer’s professional activities, for the presentation of the Photographer’s work, and for the advertising and promotion of the Photographer’s own photography services.
This Consent does not, by itself, grant the right to use my image to advertise the goods, works, or services of third parties, nor does it grant third parties an independent right to commercially use my image for their own purposes.
Materials may be provided to third parties to the extent necessary to carry out the uses permitted by this Consent, including for posting, publication, printing and production of materials, organization of exhibitions, participation in competitions, and other methods of use permitted by this Consent, without granting such third parties an independent right to use my image for purposes unrelated to the relevant posting, publication, production of materials, or other use permitted by this Consent.
Materials posted on online platforms, social networks, messengers, and other services are subject to the terms and operating conditions of the relevant platforms and services.

6. Confidential Photography Sessions and Restrictions on Use
If, before the photography session takes place, I wish to fully or partially exclude the publication or use of my image by the Photographer, the confidentiality terms and any related terms for the provision of photography services, including the cost of such services, shall be agreed upon with the Photographer before the photography session.
Where a confidential photography session or other restrictions on the use of the image have been agreed upon, the Photographer shall use the relevant materials subject to the agreed restrictions.
Confidentiality terms and other restrictions may be documented in an agreement, correspondence, or another form that makes it possible to reliably establish the content of the arrangements reached.
A subsequent withdrawal of previously given Consent does not mean that the photography session was confidential from the outset and does not alter the terms for the provision of photography services agreed upon by the parties before the photography session took place.

7. Duration and Withdrawal of Consent
This Consent is effective from the moment it is provided until it is withdrawn.
Consent may be withdrawn by sending a corresponding request to the Photographer at: parsabiks@yandex.ru.
Withdrawal of Consent does not have retroactive effect and does not affect the lawfulness of the publication and use of the image carried out before the Photographer receives the withdrawal.
Withdrawal of Consent does not require the Photographer to reverse the consequences of lawful use of the image completed before receipt of the withdrawal where such consequences objectively cannot be terminated or reversed by the Photographer, including recalling previously distributed copies of printed publications or other physical materials that are no longer under the Photographer’s control.
With respect to any use of the image that is ongoing at the time the withdrawal is received, including use in existing publications, exhibitions, advertising campaigns, projects, and other materials, the Photographer shall cease further use of the image in the manner and to the extent required by the legislation of the Russian Federation, taking into account the nature of the relevant use.
If withdrawal of Consent results in the need to prematurely terminate previously commenced use of the image, remove or replace materials, discontinue the inclusion of the relevant image in an exhibition, advertising campaign, or other project, or otherwise causes losses to the Photographer, the Photographer may seek compensation for losses caused by the withdrawal in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

8. Provision of Consent
I confirm that I have read this Consent, understand the purposes, methods, and limitations of the use of my image, and provide this Consent freely, of my own will and in my own interest.
This Consent is provided by taking a separate affirmative action in the form on parsabiks.com that makes it possible to confirm that this Consent has been given.
This Consent applies only to materials created by the Photographer in connection with photography services that the Photographer and I have agreed upon.
This Consent is provided by the person concerned with respect to their own image. The use of the image of a minor or another person on whose behalf a legal representative acts in accordance with applicable law shall be documented separately, subject to the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
