Consent to Personal Data Processing

I, the personal data subject (the “Data Subject”), acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest and confirming my legal capacity, in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data”, hereby give my specific, informed, conscious, unambiguous, and freely given consent to Sabina Viktorovna Shchukina, who applies the special tax regime “Tax on Professional Income” (the “Operator”), Taxpayer Identification Number (INN) 784803151340, to process my personal data provided by me through the form on the website parsabiks.com, in accordance with the Operator’s Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy published on parsabiks.com (the “Policy”), and subject to the following terms.

This Consent is given for the processing of the following personal data provided by me through the form on parsabiks.com:
  • name;
  • telephone number and/or nickname, username, or other contact identifier in a messenger or social network;
  • email address (if provided);
  • information regarding the preferred method of communication;
  • content of the inquiry or comment (if provided).

2. Purposes of Personal Data Processing
The Operator processes the above personal data for the following purposes:
  • receiving and reviewing the Data Subject’s inquiry or application;
  • establishing contact with the Data Subject;
  • providing information about photography services, their cost, available dates, and photography session terms;
  • determining and agreeing upon the possibility of providing photography services;
  • conducting correspondence necessary for the above purposes.

3. Actions Involving Personal Data and Methods of Processing
This Consent is given for the Operator to perform the following actions involving personal data:
  • collection;
  • recording;
  • systematization;
  • accumulation;
  • storage;
  • clarification (updating, modification);
  • retrieval;
  • use;
  • provision;
  • access;
  • blocking;
  • deletion;
  • destruction.
Personal data may be processed both with and without the use of automated means, as well as through mixed processing of personal data.

4. Use of Information Services
For receiving applications through the Website form, the Operator uses a website created on the Tilda platform.
The Operator uses Yandex Mail to receive applications and conduct email correspondence.
Personal data is processed using these services only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes specified in this Consent and in accordance with the Policy.

5. Further Processing of Personal Data in Connection with the Provision of Services
If, as a result of the interaction, the Data Subject decides to enter into an agreement or arrangements for the provision of photography services are reached, further processing of personal data, including additional personal data necessary for entering into and performing the agreement, arranging and providing the services, confirming the arrangements reached, and performing the relevant obligations, shall be carried out where an appropriate legal basis exists under the legislation of the Russian Federation, in accordance with the categories of data, purposes, and processing periods specified in the Policy.

6. Duration of Consent and Personal Data Processing Periods
This Consent is effective from the moment it is provided until it is withdrawn by the Data Subject.
The processing and retention periods for personal data are determined by the purposes of processing, the actual nature of the interaction with the Data Subject, the Policy, and the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
An application submitted through the Website form and stored in Tilda’s standard submissions section is retained there for 1 month.
If no arrangements for the provision of photography services are reached, the personal data and correspondence relating to the inquiry are processed for no longer than 1 year from the date of the last interaction concerning the possible provision of photography services.
If interaction concerning the possible provision of photography services resumes during this period, the processing period is calculated from the date of the most recent such interaction.
If arrangements for the provision of photography services are reached, further processing of personal data necessary for arranging and providing the services, entering into and performing the agreement, confirming the arrangements reached and performance of obligations, considering possible claims, and protecting the rights and legitimate interests of the parties shall be carried out where an appropriate legal basis exists under the legislation of the Russian Federation, for the duration of the relevant service and for 3 years after its completion, in accordance with the Policy.
Upon achievement of the purposes of processing or when such purposes no longer need to be achieved, personal data shall be destroyed in accordance with the procedures and time limits established by the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Policy, unless another lawful basis for further processing exists.

7. Withdrawal of Consent
The Data Subject may withdraw this Consent at any time by sending a corresponding request to the Operator at: parsabiks@yandex.ru.
If this Consent is withdrawn, the Operator shall cease processing personal data carried out on the basis of this Consent and, where no other lawful grounds for further processing exist, shall destroy the relevant personal data in accordance with the procedures and time limits established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Withdrawal of this Consent does not prevent the further processing of personal data without the Data Subject’s consent in cases where such processing is permitted by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

8. Additional Terms
This Consent does not constitute consent to receive advertising or marketing communications.
Personal data is also processed in accordance with the Policy.

9. Provision of Consent
I confirm that I have read this Consent and the Policy, understand the purposes, scope, and conditions of the processing of my personal data, and provide this Consent freely, of my own will and in my own interest.
Consent is provided by taking a separate affirmative action in the form on parsabiks.com that makes it possible to confirm that this Consent has been given.
This Consent is provided by me voluntarily and is effective from the moment it is provided until it is withdrawn by the Data Subject.
